The following documents must be signed using a QES (Qualified Electronic Signature) via the bunch platform:
Power of Attorney.
Anti Money Laundering Provision.
Additionally, in the event that an angel is investing through an entity that is not based in one of the following countries (Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Belgium, Denmark), we also require a notarized and apostilled proof of existence, as well as a notarized and apostilled proof of authorized signatory (which can be covered by a legal opinion).
Each angel must also upload a copy of a valid passport/ID.
In the case of angels investing through an entity, the passport/ID of the authorized signatory/MD suffices.
The final round documents, such as the Shareholder Agreement, must be approved on the bunch platform but do not require a signature.
