After gaining experience in both public and private markets, the co-founders Levent and Enrico realized that the process of investing in private assets materially has not changed over the last three decades.

They decided to do the growing importance of private markets justice and embarked on a mission to develop the OS, aiming to democratize access to private markets for everyone.
