If you're not receiving invites or notifications from our platform it could be because they're ending up in your spam filter. There are a few things you can do to fix the issue:

  1. Whitelist our email address: Add our email address to your email provider's whitelist to ensure that our messages are not marked as spam in the future. You can usually do this by going into your email settings and adding our address to your contacts or "safe senders" list.

  2. Check your spam folder: Make sure to check your spam folder regularly to see if any of our messages have been filtered there. If you find our messages in your spam folder, mark them as "not spam" to help train your email provider to recognise our emails as legitimate.
