Does the pooling have to get notarized?

German companies do not require an additional notarization appointment for the founding team, outside of the funding round notary appointment. Instead, a Power of Attorney is signed by all angels, which authorizes the founder and a representative of the bunch of angels GmbH to act on the team's behalf at the notary.
