What documents do my angels have to sign?

The following documents must be signed using a QES (Qualified Electronic Signature) via the bunch platform:

  • Power of Attorney.

  • Anti Money Laundering Provision.

  • Additionally, in the event that an angel is investing through an entity that is not based in one of the following countries (Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Belgium, Denmark), we also require a notarized and apostilled proof of existence, as well as a notarized and apostilled proof of authorized signatory (which can be covered by a legal opinion).

Each angel must also upload a copy of a valid passport/ID.

In the case of angels investing through an entity, the passport/ID of the authorized signatory/MD suffices.

The final round documents, such as the Shareholder Agreement, must be approved on the bunch platform but do not require a signature.
