My company is not yet incorporated, what should I do?

If your investment entity is registered in Germany, please provide the name of the entity and add i.G., which stands for ‘in Gründung’ during sign-up. For example: bunch capital GmbH i.G. Once your company is incorporated, please send your entity’s commercial register extract via email to support@bunch.capital.
If your investment entity is registered outside of Germany, please add "(to be incorporated)" to your entity’s name during signup.
