What is 'nominal capital' and why is my entire investment not being called?

Edited

In Germany, when purchasing shares, payments are typically made in two installments.

Initially, shares are acquired at their nominal value, i.e. EUR 1 per share. This initial payment is made, and the capital increase is then recorded in the German Commercial Register.

Subsequently, once the capital increase has been officially registered, the remainder of your investment, referred to as the capital reserve, will be called by the company.

You can expect to receive a separate notification from bunch, prompting you to fulfill the payment for the capital reserve.
