Why do I have to notarise my Commercial Register PoA?
Edited
In German structures, the local law requires investors to be identified in the presence of a Notary Public before entry into the Commercial Register.
If you have notarised your Power of Attorney outside of Germany, you will additionally need to get the document apostilled.
No apostille is required for public documents from the following countries due to bilateral agreements:
Belgium
Denmark
France
Italy
Austria
